This is an easy recipe that I made taking place in the works myself. It can be used considering there are not too many ingredients handy to make a big dinner. Can be served in imitation of mashed potatoes, pasta or rice. This will always be your favorite!!!

  1. 4 cloves garlic, crushed or to taste
  2. 1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced tomato
  3. 5 tablespoons bitter cream
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. 2 tilapia fillets

The instruction how to make Garlic and Tomato Tilapia

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mash together the garlic and tomato. disconcert whisk in the biting cream and season subsequent to salt and pepper. Place the fish fillets in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake fish for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until just about halfway done. separate from the oven, and pour the tomato sauce greater than it. Return to the oven, and cook for 10 more minutes, or until fish flakes easily in the same way as a fork.
